Chiefs take on Leopards in an unfinished business

IT is round two for Black Leopards vs Kaizer Chiefs as a severe hail storm saw Saturday’s original tie abandoned after 34 minutes at the FNB Stadium with Amakhosi leading 2-0.

Lightning never strikes the same place twice, would be the thought on our players’ minds as they will be looking to play a totally different game against Amakhosi.

The opponents’ hopefuls will want to see Bernard Parker who opened the scoring for Chiefs. Parker has been in excellent form for club and country this season and netted a wonderful free-kick in the first meeting with the boys.
Lidoda Duvha’s captain, Mongezi Bobe disagrees with the statement as he assures the
Leopards fans that the team will not make the same mistake twice and that Parker is no alarming issue.

“There will be no special plan for Parker or any one of their players. It is 11 against 11 on the pitch. I think Parker is a good player but he is a normal player just like all the Chiefs players,” Bobe told The New Age.

“We will not concentrate on just one player. We respect Chiefs but we also have our own great players.”
