Steenberg parties at Beechwood GardensĀ

The taste of the Cape is returning to Jozi!

THE annual Steenberg Garden Party, always a highlight of Gautengā€™s spring-summer calendar, will take place at Sandtonā€™s majestic Beechwood Gardens on 16 November.

The historic Constantia Valley vineyard will offer tastings through its full range of award-winning whites, reds, and Cap Classiques, while guests will also be treated to a decadent harvest table ladened with delicious cuisine befitting the occasion.

And, as per tradition, live music performances will ensure there is plenty of dancing on the Beechwood lawns well into the afternoon and early evening.

Adding extra sparkle to the event is Steenbergā€™s recent rebrand, which captures the essence of the centuries-old estateā€™s evolution from one of the Capeā€™s first successful farms to a world-class lifestyle destination renowned for stellar, a five-star hotel, spa, two restaurants and an 18-hole championship golf course.

Every guest will receive a special gift from Steenberg, whose representatives will be available to answer questions about the Farmā€™s history, transition to luxury estate and, of course, the unique quality of its wines. One lucky couple can also win an overnight stay at Steenberg Hotel & Spa.

Tickets for this not-to-be-missed festival of wine, which runs from 2pm to 6pm, are R850 per person, and can be booked through Quicket.co.za
